However, there is a simple six step strategy through which the company PepsiCo Inc can implement and develop the social media campaign approach within the firm. These include firstly, the company should develop social media goals and objectives in order to align the goals with the aim of the firm. These objectives would allow the firm PepsiCo Inc to quickly react especially when the campaigns of social media does not meet the expectation level of the organization. Moreover, the management department of the organization should focus on the fact that the goals of the firm should get aligned with the key marketing strategy, such that the efforts of the social media drive towards the aims and objectives of the business. Secondly, the particular organization PepsiCo Inc should conduct an audit regarding social media as the social media plan of marketing helps in connecting the firm with the society through social media si tes (Schivinski Dabrowski, 2016). This also helps to compare the operational strategy of the specified firm with its core competitors. Thirdly, the company PepsiCo Inc should develop and improve the social accounts as this represents the online presence of the firm. The online presence of the company creates a constant image in the minds of the people and this put a positive impact on the people and thus it helps in generating more customers (Knapp, Vangelisti Caughlin, 2014). Additionally, by updating the present accounts of the organization and also by refining them, the best possible results can be achieved by the firm PepsiCo Inc. Fourthly; the organization should obtain inspiration regarding social media from the competitors, industry leaders and clients, fifthly, the firm should develop a content plan along with editorial calendar in order to run the business profitably. Additionally, the managers of the firm PepsiCo Inc should examine, evaluate and also adjust accordingly a s per the social media plan of marketing. As an opinion leader, the company should gather opinion and should analyze the expectation level of the customers through the process of questionnaire survey. On the basis of the demand of the customers, the company should implement the social media campaign approach accordingly. As an opinion former, PepsiCo Inc should advertise its new social campaign through social networking sites, such as Twitter, Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn. This is because these type of people possess detailed information regarding the brand and can make necessary recommendation of their own. Attracting these type of people will help in generating revenue of the firm as they will be brand loyal for the company.
